Summer is just around the corner and it is so important to eat delicious healthy snacks. Filling yourself up with chips and lollies is so bad for your health and can have more negative side effects than most realise. Staying on top of what you are eating is super important and you can do this in a multitude of ways. I personally us an app can My Fitness Pal and it is great! i just enter in what food i eat for each meal and all the exercise I do, it does the rest. Some snacks I am obsessed with eating not only in the summer are:
Honey yogurt with walnuts
Fresh seasonal fruit
Home made Iced tea
a simple recipie to make some yourself:
Pour four cups of boiling water over two teabags into a heat-proof pitcher or jug and leave for three to five minutes. Remove the teabags, and sweeten to taste by adding a little sugar. Stir in six cups of ice cubes until melted, or use four cups of cold water.
