Bed Time Yoga

Yoga is wonderful and healing for our bodies and minds, it helps us to excessive as well as relax. A few simple yoga moves before you fall asleep can help you to sleep sounder and relieve anxiety and stress. There are some very easy and benefitting yoga sequences to do in bed before you sleep, give it a go!
